Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026

LushLines is a brand operated by Vantage District LLC ("we", "us"). We run this store and website, including all its content, features and services (the "Services"), on Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit, use or buy through the Services, or contact us. If this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service conflict, this Privacy Policy applies to how we handle your personal information.

Personal information we collect

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.
  • Order and payment information: items bought, sizes, prices, payment method and payment confirmation. Our payment providers process your card details; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Account information: username, password and preferences, if you create an account.
  • Sizing information you choose to send us: for example, measurements you email us so we can recommend a size. We use these only to help you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
  • Communications: messages you send to customer support.
  • Device and usage information: browser, device, IP address and how you use the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Where it comes from

We collect this information directly from you, automatically through your device (cookies and similar technologies), and from service providers and partners who work for us.

How we use it

  • To process payments, fulfil and ship orders, handle returns and exchanges, and send order updates.
  • For marketing: to send emails or texts if you have agreed to receive them, and to show you relevant ads based on your activity (see "Your choices" below).
  • To keep the Services secure and prevent fraud.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Legal bases (EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data:

  • to perform our contract with you (your order);
  • with your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies and personalised ads), which you can withdraw at any time;
  • for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the Services);
  • to meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Shopify and the service providers that act for us: payment processing, order fulfilment and suppliers, shipping carriers, analytics, customer support and cloud storage. Fulfilment partners receive only what they need to send your order, such as your name, address and the items ordered.
  • Advertising partners (such as Meta, Google or TikTok), for personalised advertising, depending on your choices and the law where you live.
  • Third parties, when you ask us to share it or the law requires it, or in connection with a business transfer.

Our relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted on Shopify, which processes personal information about your use of the Services. For more information, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Children

The Services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

No security measure is perfect. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet our legal obligations (for example, tax records) and resolve disputes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access, correct or delete your personal information;
  • receive a copy of it;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • withdraw your consent;
  • opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. To exercise your rights, email us. We may need to verify your identity, and we will never discriminate against you for using these rights.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information outside your country, including in the United States and in the countries where our fulfilment partners operate. Where the law requires it, we use recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date.
