1. About these terms

LushLines is a brand operated by Vantage District LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We run this store on Shopify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies they refer to (our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies) apply to your use of the store and to every purchase. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to place an order. The information you give us must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account login safe and for all activity on your account.

3. Products and sizing

  • We try to show our products accurately. Colours may look different depending on your screen.
  • Each product has its own size guide. Measurements are approximate and can vary by 1–2 cm (about ½–1 in) between production batches.
  • Our shapewear smooths and shapes your silhouette while you wear it. It does not cause permanent weight loss or change your body permanently. Images showing results are illustrative, and results vary between people.
  • Compression garments are not medical devices. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or childbirth, or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before wearing them. Stop wearing any garment that causes pain, numbness or difficulty breathing.
  • We may change or discontinue products at any time and may limit the quantities sold.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse it, and it is accepted only when we confirm it and receive payment. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any amount paid. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

5. Prices and payment

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Multi-piece packs and promotions are priced as shown on the product page and at checkout. If you shop in a currency other than US dollars, prices are converted automatically, and your bank may apply its own fees. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties.

6. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights for goods that are lost, damaged or late.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the store (including text, images, logos and designs) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish them in any media, including for marketing. You confirm that you have the rights to what you send, and that it is truthful and not offensive. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.

9. Third-party links and tools

The store may link to third-party websites or tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam or malicious code, to scrape the store or collect other people's data, or to get around our security measures. Automated agents must identify themselves as such and must not imitate human behaviour.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, the store and our products are provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor Shopify are liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Purchases are made directly with us, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the sale.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to solve it.

15. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. If a provision is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These Terms and our policies are the entire agreement between us.
